Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NeoTracked. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use NeoTracked.

NeoTracked is a web-based productivity and habit-tracking application. It helps you plan daily work, track time and effort, score daily performance, analyze progress over time, manage goals and deadlines, and use optional learning tools such as LanguageGym and MindGym.

An active subscription or trial provides access to the application features described on the NeoTracked website. NeoTracked is original software developed and maintained by the NeoTracked team.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it reasonably up to date where the app allows updates.

You must not share your account in a way that violates subscription device limits or other access rules.

You agree not to misuse NeoTracked. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to break authentication or access controls, interfering with the service, scraping or overloading infrastructure, uploading unlawful content, or using the service to harm others.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or threatens the service or other users.

NeoTracked offers two annual membership plans: NeoTracked Normal at $9.99 USD per year and NeoTracked Pro at $24.99 USD per year. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Both plans currently include a 1-month free trial when you create a new eligible account. No payment details are currently required to start the trial.

Online checkout and automatic charging are not integrated in the current implementation. When payment processing becomes available, annual renewals will be handled through a secure payment provider. NeoTracked does not directly collect or store full card or bank details.

Normal membership keeps your productivity data primarily on your device with manual JSON backup and restore. Pro membership adds Firebase cloud storage, secure cloud backup, and multi-device synchronization using the existing NeoTracked Pro architecture.

Cloud-stored data and subscription entitlement are separate. Expiration of a trial or paid period does not authorize deletion of your local or cloud data; access rules may restrict synchronization until you renew.

NeoTracked may also support licence activation codes for eligible accounts through the in-app activation flow where offered. Licence codes activate trusted server-side membership duration and plan type (Normal or Pro).

Future online payments may be processed through an authorized merchant-of-record or payment provider. That provider's terms may apply to billing, receipts, and payment support when checkout is live.

NeoTracked is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to keep the service reliable, but downtime, maintenance, third-party outages, or quota limits may occur.

We may change, improve, or discontinue features over time. Where reasonably possible, material changes that affect paid access will be communicated through the app or support channels.

NeoTracked, its branding, software, and website content are owned by the operator of the service and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you enter into the app. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content solely to operate NeoTracked for you.

You may stop using NeoTracked at any time. You may delete your account through the in-app account deletion flow where available.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment where applicable, abuse, or legal requirements.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to any data retention described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeoTracked and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for NeoTracked access in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect.

Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
