Refund Policy

NeoTracked sells digital access to a web-based productivity application through membership plans. Because access is delivered electronically, refunds are handled carefully and in line with applicable consumer laws.

This Refund Policy explains how free trials, cancellations, renewals, and refund requests are handled. It does not guarantee automatic refunds for every purchase.

Payment processing is not currently integrated. Licence-code renewal may be available where offered. Future online payments will be processed through a secure payment provider.

Future payments and refunds may be processed through an authorized merchant-of-record or payment provider. That provider's policies may apply to billing disputes and charge processing when checkout is live.

NeoTracked Normal and NeoTracked Pro currently include a 1-month free trial for eligible new accounts.

No payment details are currently required to start the trial. Automatic charging is not operational in the current implementation.

After the trial, an active annual membership is required to continue: Normal at $9.99 USD/year or Pro at $24.99 USD/year when online checkout becomes available, or through a valid licence code where offered.

NeoTracked Normal ($9.99 USD/year) provides local-first storage with manual JSON backup and restore.

NeoTracked Pro ($24.99 USD/year) includes everything in Normal plus Firebase cloud storage, secure cloud backup, and multi-device synchronization.

Both plans are billed annually when payment integration is live. There is no monthly billing option.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals when automatic billing is available. Cancellation does not by itself refund a payment already made for the current billing period.

If you cancel after a paid period has started, you may retain access until the end of the current billing period according to the payment provider's and NeoTracked's access rules.

Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated at checkout, fees are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period has begun.

If you believe you were charged in error, did not receive the access you paid for, or are entitled to a refund under consumer protection law, contact us with your account email and purchase details.

We review each request in good faith. Approved refunds, when offered, are processed through the original payment method or payment provider where possible.
