NeoTracked (“we”, “us”) operates a web-based productivity and habit-tracking application at neutracked.com and related domains. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the NeoTracked website and application.

This policy is written to reflect how the product works today. It is not legal advice and does not by itself establish regulatory compliance.

Account information: When you create an account, we collect the information you provide, such as a display username and, for email-based sign-up, your email address. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored as plain text in our application database.

Authentication data: If you sign in with Google, Firebase processes authentication on our behalf according to Google’s and Firebase’s terms.

Profile and subscription data: We store account-related records in Cloud Firestore, such as your user identifier, display name, subscription status, device registrations, and login activity metadata used for access control.

Productivity content you enter: NeoTracked stores the information you choose to save in the app, including daily plans and activities, time entries, daily scores and notes, goals and deadlines, countdown settings, language vocabulary lists, MindGym practice data, and related learning content.

Technical information: Our servers may receive standard request metadata (such as IP address and browser user agent) when you use authenticated API routes. Login location fields may be derived from IP address for approximate city/country display on your profile.

Local device data: The application uses browser localStorage and sessionStorage for preferences (such as theme and language), cached profile data, device identifiers used for subscription device limits, and local-first productivity data when you use features that store data on your device.

We use collected information to provide and operate NeoTracked, authenticate users, enforce subscription and device access rules, synchronize eligible Pro account data, maintain your profile, respond to support requests, and protect the service against abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers in the application code reviewed for this policy.

NeoTracked relies on third-party infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf, including:

• Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore (Google) — account sign-in and cloud database storage.

• Netlify — website hosting and serverless API routes for the web application.

• Optional email delivery (such as Resend) — only if configured by the operator for account or subscription notifications.

These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of NeoTracked is also subject to their services where applicable.

Cloud data is stored in Firestore under your account record and related collections. Local data remains in your browser unless you export it, sync eligible Pro data to the cloud, or clear site data.

If you delete your account through the in-app account deletion flow, we mark your profile for deletion and attempt to remove associated authentication and profile data according to the implemented deletion process.

Backup copies or residual logs held by infrastructure providers may persist for a limited period according to those providers’ policies.

NeoTracked uses a session cookie to keep you signed in to the web application after authentication.

Theme, language, cached profile, device identifier, and local productivity drafts may be stored in localStorage or sessionStorage in your browser.

You can clear cookies and site data through your browser settings, which may sign you out and remove locally stored app data.

NeoTracked uses industry-standard authentication and cloud infrastructure providers to operate the service. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored as plain text in our application database.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We work to protect account and productivity data using reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small SaaS product, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may update certain profile information inside the app where those controls are available.

You may export and restore local data using the app’s backup tools where supported.

You may request account deletion through the account settings flow when signed in.
